Over the past four years, Ambulance Wish Singapore (AWS) has contributed to the palliative care scene by fulfilling wishes and celebrating lives of terminally ill patients.With the support of our dedicated volunteers, partners and donors, AWS was able to grow at a steady pace. To date, we have fulfilled more than 160 wishes with the help of 350 volunteers and garnered tremendous support from the wider community. We are grateful!

AWS is very excited to announce that as of today, we are an approved Institution of a Public Character (IPC) governed under Chapter 37, Section 40C of the Charities Act. Accordingly, eligible donations will enjoy tax deductions of 2.5 times the qualifying donation amount. This is a significant milestone for AWS as we endeavour to transform the end of life experience of patients through the simple but deeply meaningful act of wish granting.

At AWS, every wish we fulfil is an honourable opportunity to craft enduring memories and celebrate the lives of those facing terminal illness. The mission of AWS extends far beyond the confines of hospitals and hospices; it reaches into the very homes and hearts of those we serve.

Achieving this status as an Institution of a Public Character, we trust that with your ongoing support we will be empowered to serve more patients and develop AWS into a fully mature IPC.
