Mdm Norhati Binte Jumahat’s heartfelt wish was to spend a day out with her family and reunite with her beloved mother, who resides in a nursing home.

Because Mdm Norhati had been unwell, the two had not been able to see each other for about a year. When mother and daughter finally reunited at Gardens by the Bay, warmth filled the air the exact moment their eyes met.

The afternoon was filled with laughter, joy, and deep conversations. Mdm Norhati and her sisters relished the chance to catch up, truly treasuring every single minute spent together.

The day ended beautifully with a wonderful meal surrounded by blooming flowers and festive decorations, making it a truly unforgettable family gathering. A special thanks to the dedicated volunteers who made this wish possible: Jaselyn Goh Sian Yeh, Khoo Gaik Chin, and Gary So Chee Hong.
