This may be a rhetorical question for us; but for our patients, this question is their reality.
In conjunction with the very first International Ambulance Wish Day on 26 July 2026, we are excited to launch our exclusive blindbag collection. Inspired by the founder of Stichting Ambulance Wens (Ambulance Wish Foundation), the late Mr Kees Veldboer Sr, who proved that no dream is too small to make a difference, International Ambulance Wish Day marks a global movement dedicated to fulfilling meaningful wishes at the end of life.
Each blindbag features our beloved mascot, Amby, alongside cards telling the true stories behind the wishes shared by our patients.
Through this collection, we hope you can learn more about our work and the types of wishes we have fulfilled over the years. Together with our global counterparts, we remain united in creating positive end-of-life experiences for terminally ill patients and their families.
