Mdm Nuriyati always loved flowers. Their colours. Their fragrance that seems to hold memories in every petal. So, when her loved ones planned a special outing for her, they knew exactly where to go: Gardens by the Bay.

Such a gorgeous day  for laughter and family

That morning, the air was warm and bright as she arrived to see her friends, parents, grandparents, and family all gathered with excited smiles. Surrounded by towering blooms and lush greenery, she slowly took in every orchid and rose as if greeting old friends. Her laughter rang out easily, especially when her grandparents teased her about stopping at every flower bed for photos.

A family photoshoot was arranged among the vibrant displays. They posed hand in hand, generations standing side by side—her grandmother’s sweet smile mirroring her own. In a touching moment, Mdm Nuriyati presented fresh bouquets to her mother and grandmother, thanking them for being the roots that kept the family strong. There were hugs, happy tears, and plenty of playful banter as cameras clicked away.

After the outing, the celebration continued at home. Boxes of carefully selected durians—her absolute favourite—were delivered as a surprise. The family gathered around, laughing and sharing stories as they enjoyed the creamy fruit together.
