This beautiful sentiment came to life for Mr Lim Wee Loon and his family during their meaningful visit to Gardens by the Bay on 10 December 2024. Accompanied by his mother, girlfriend, and uncle, Mr Lim’s wish was to create lasting memories surrounded by the splendour of nature with those he cherished most.

Personalised Touches for a Meaningful Day

The experience began with a heartfelt gesture beneath the iconic Supertrees. Each family member received a specially selected sweater in their favourite colour, adorned with unique crocheted brooches handmade by our dedicated Lead Wish Granter, Jo-Ann.

In a particularly touching moment, Mr Lim presented his mother with two thoughtful gifts—a supportive walking stick and a beautiful bouquet of hydrangeas, symbolising his deep gratitude and affection. As her only child, this gesture held profound meaning for both mother and son.

Despite physical challenges, Mr Lim’s playful spirit shone throughout the visit. He delighted everyone with mischievous poses and warm interactions, bringing smiles to all present.
