The Warmth of Family and Famous Food
Known for her exceptional cooking, particularly her signature satay, Mdm Haslinda cherished the opportunity to bring her family together through shared meals. Her culinary gifts, inherited from her great-grandmother’s Haig Road bakery, extended even to hospital staff who enjoyed her homemade treats. Though health considerations changed some plans, her family honoured her wish by gathering for a special staycation at Tee Side Chalet, filled with the comfort of togetherness.

Music Creates Unforgettable Moments
The event perfectly reflected Mdm Haslinda’s lifelong love of rock music, especially her admiration for the Malaysian artist Dato Awie. The emotional resonance deepened with a surprise video message from the rock star himself, creating truly cherished memories for all present. A live band’s performance by Anak Bapak of classic hits became a highlight, uniting three generations in song and celebration.
Building Connections Across Generations
This thoughtfully planned wish granting celebration included beautiful floral arrangements by Hibiscus Florists, cherished family portraits, a nostalgic video montage spanning decades, and even birthday celebrations for her daughters. Festive balloon decorations by That Balloons transformed the chalet into a space of joy and connection, demonstrating how a memorable wish experience can be created at any stage of life.
