Ai Ling Sim-Devadasis dedicated to shaping patient experience and end-of-life care.  As a Healthcare Communications Consultant of Health Communication Matters, she helps healthcare and community care organisations define and build their healthcare communications strategy and capability.

Prior to being an independent consultant, Ai Ling had worked in Changi General Hospital and National Kidney Foundation. She brings with her over 20 years of experience working with hospitals and healthcare organisations in communications, patient experience, fundraising and volunteer management.

Ai Ling believes in being part of the solution to create the patient experience that we desire.  She also serves as the Co-Chairperson of the SingHealth Patient Advocacy Network, the first-of-its-kind patient advocacy group in Singapore. She is also a member of Dover Park Hospice’s Community and Outreach Committee.
