James Sim

James Sim has been practicing succession planning for about 30 years. He is a Trust & Estate Practitioner and is the current President of ASEAN Estate Planning Council. He owns a successful succession planning firm with a team of young and professional practitioners.

He is a member of ASEAN Legal Alliance and a mediator with Consumer Association of Singapore (CASE).  James teaches LLB law degree at University of London and is a Certified Financial Planner and former Chairman and President of Financial Planning Association of Singapore (FPAS).
